Sauce Description

A variation of the classic brown sauce, but with a fruitier twist. The flavour is complex — blending the richness of tomatoes, the tang of vinegar, the sweetness of dates, and the bright, sharp notes of fruits like apples and prunes. 

Ingredients

White Wine Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Molasses, tomato, Dates, Apple, Soy Sauce (GLUTEN, SOYA,WHEAT), Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, Ginger, Clove), Thickener: Xanthan Gum. Preservative: potassium sorbate. SEE ALLERGENS IN BOLD. Made in a factory that handles Gluten, Wheat, Barley, Soya, Mustard & Celery.

How to enjoy

Splosh it on anything you like, goes perfectly with a Bacon sandwich. Check out our recipes online. Shake well before use. Once opened please store in the fridge. Consume within 8 weeks of opening. Heat level may vary due to the nature of chillies.
